Meet the Founder

Phoenix Rising Workforce Solutions was founded by Naia Oden, a School Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience supporting individuals with disabilities across educational and behavioral settings.

Throughout her career, Naia has dedicated her work to helping children and adolescents develop the skills necessary to succeed—not only in school, but in life. With a deep understanding of behavior, learning, and development, she has worked extensively with individuals with complex needs, including those with significant behavioral, emotional, and developmental challenges.

Her work in school psychology and applied behavior analysis has always extended beyond academics. Naia has focused on building real-world skills—communication, independence, emotional regulation, and adaptive functioning—that directly impact an individual’s ability to navigate everyday life and future employment.

A Lifelong Commitment to Impact

Naia’s career has been guided by a clear and consistent mission: to ensure that individuals with disabilities are equipped with the tools, support, and opportunities needed to thrive across their entire life span.

From early intervention to school-based services, she has worked to bridge the gap between clinical support and real-world application, helping individuals translate learned skills into meaningful independence.

Why Phoenix Rising Workforce Solutions

Phoenix Rising Workforce Solutions was created as a natural extension of this work.

After years of supporting students in educational settings, Naia recognized a critical gap—many individuals with disabilities are not adequately prepared for the transition into adulthood and the workforce.

This organization was built to address that need by providing structured, behavior-informed workforce services that support individuals beyond the classroom and into sustainable, meaningful employment.

Supporting the Full Life Cycle

Naia’s vision is rooted in continuity of care and long-term success. Her work focuses on supporting individuals at every stage of development, including:

  • Building foundational skills

  • Transitioning from school to adulthood

  • Entering and maintaining employment

  • Developing independence and long-term stability
